About Me and My Practice
I'm Lorelei Ark, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. My work centers on guiding people toward clarity, connection, and authentic living. At Intuitive Direction, my approach is intuitive and depth-oriented — grounded in compassion and a spirit of play.
Through counseling and intimacy work, I guide individuals and couples who want to explore emotions and relationships with openness and heart. This may include deepening self-understanding, building connection with a partner, navigating grief, moving through a breakup, or creating space for more fulfilling physical and emotional intimacy.

I draw from a Jungian-informed lens, which honors the symbolic, unconscious, and relational aspects of the psyche. Clients are supported in becoming more attuned to their inner world and learning to trust their own intuitive knowing.

Individual Counseling
Rate: $140 (50-minute session)
For those seeking support with emotional insight, life transitions, emotional and physical intimacy, or meaningful personal growth. This includes space to explore relationship patterns, grief, self-trust, or deeper emotional connection—helping you live in a way that feels more authentic.
Couples Counseling
Rate: $160 (50-minute session)
For partners wanting to deepen emotional and physical intimacy, explore authentic relational dynamics, and navigate emotional connection. Sessions support open expression, attuned listening— inviting deeper intimacy, self-awareness, and shared transformation.
Reduced-Rate Availability
A limited number of reduced-rate sessions ($100 for individuals, $120 for couples) are available for those who need a lower fee. You’re welcome to inquire about this during your first session.
Insurance
Intuitive Direction is a private pay practice. I do not bill insurance directly, but if your plan offers out-of-network benefits, I can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) for you to submit for potential reimbursement.
I offer counseling for both individuals and couples. All sessions are held virtually using a secure telehealth platform. You may book a session directly through my online scheduler.
